This song evolved conceptually into something that initially I wouldn't have ever imagined. I asked S.H.A.D.O.W. to join me on the song, because I thought the aesthetic and tone of his voice would fit great with the instrumental.He definitely gave the song a different edge, and gave it a perfect balance for my verse. The concept of the song of course has been used before, but I think we gave it a worthy twist.

to educate em these days gotta make em learn extra firm,
so every time I 187 the beat it’s like Russian Roulette ruger set for extra turns,
because this game has changed instantly there’s a stable effect,
what used to take consistency is framed in days to impress,
songs soft as quilt filler and blogged for blanketed press,
though those w/ firearms walking in the room are still frauds formed from jaded respect,
filing fiction these crime fests aren’t draped in the depths,
take a step crossed w/ my vest off so they know not to aim for my chest,
diagram the blueprint,
for my impending doom in loose print for those who lose wit,
leave the channeling frayed as the flames grow from candles lit to reduced wicks,
pull the gas lines from their last rhymes till the fumes stick,

as shots are fired from renegades who take no exceptions to the form,
my seed will be the new leader of those confessing oppression has conformed,
and my impression will keep the message in his core,
so he’ll be on his way to the stage grenades in hand when accepting my awards….
