“LAUGH IT OFF” is THE CALM, which is a representation of coming to the point where you have become numb to the results that came from a great experience you were involved in. Not necessarily numb in your heart, but in sharing your emotions with others. For me, laughing it off is the best solution to distracting myself from allowing thoughts of what I might do when making decisions. In laughter, figurative or literal, there is a re-opening of your heart, in that you can start to rebuild the trust you have in yourself.
